We are currently looking for a creative, experienced Senior Architectural Designer to lead projects and collaborate alongside with our structural engineers and fellow architectural designers to deliver design excellence across residential, commercial, rural and industrial projects in New Zealand.

Role: Senior Architectural Designer

Key Requirements & Work Scope:

Experience : 5+ years post-qualification NZ experience, with exposure to both residential and commercial sectors.   
Core Duties : A hands-on Revit and detailing role producing well-coordinated, buildable consent and construction drawings for residential and commercial projects.
Technical Skills : Strong proficiency in Revit and a solid understanding of the NZ Building Code (NZBC). Familiarity with Christchurch District Planning rules and Resource consent processing is highly favoured.
Project Delivery : Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently with minimal supervision.
Collaboration : Works closely with our internal structural engineers and directors for streamline structural coordination and consent approvals.
