Master planning
While hitting a ball down a paddock does not sound like an activity requiring any consent, in fact, professional sport venues are subject of strict town planning rules, often requiring complex resource consents or even rezoning of land. As part of our design package, we deal with resource and building consents, engineering approvals, transport permits, electrical networks clearances and assessments for all the above either in-house, or with help of our network of trusted town planners and other specialist designers.
